the Terms and Conditions
2) Download the
Application form,
(MSWord)
and complete the details.
3) Post
to the address at the top of the form
4) On
receipt of this together with a cheque for £30.00 for the
registration, Tricia Hales will contact you to confirm arrangements
5) An
invoice will be sent for the term fees and payment is required
before
attending the first lesson of the term.

free trial lesson will be given if required
