What is required to ensure my child attends ELMA sessions?
Downloading and completing the Application Form will ensure your child’s place at the Early Learning Music Adademy.
Registering your Child

- Download the Application form, (MS Word) and complete the details.
- Post to the address at the top of the form
- On receipt of this together with a cheque for £30.00 for the registration, Tricia Hales will contact you to confirm arrangements
- An invoice will be sent for the term fees and payment is required before attending the first lesson of the term.

Classes are weekly for a period of 11/12 weeks per term. Each class consists of approximately 12 children and 3 teachers. Children attend with a family member or adult.
