Terms & Conditions

Application
There is a non refundable, non deductible £30.00 application fee for new pupils. On acceptance of the application form the parents/guardians acknowledge their obligation to pay the Term Fees before the commencement of that term.

Tuition
Students can enrol for a full year commencing in September, or for a term.

Withdrawals and Refunds
Should pupils be absent no fees can be refunded. In the event of absence every endeavour will be made to reschedule the pupil to another class.

Payment
Fees can be paid by Cheque or Bacs. The Academy does not accept credit cards.
